Ascella Organic Wine

Ascella Organic Wine is award-winning, is made by a five star winery and is Australian owned and operated.

Our vineyard is one of the most isolated in the Hunter Valley. It is the largest organic vineyard in the region and one of the largest in Australia.

At Ascella Organic Wine, the grapes are planted in East-West rows to create a filtered light to the grapes through a balanced leaf canopy. The results are properly vine-ripened grapes. The best time of the season ensures the grape tanins are low and the wine produced from such grapes is of the highest quality.

We care about your health and the health of our environment. So we do not spray our grapes with pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.

Our organic wines have been laboratory tested for purity and dinner table tested for taste and quality.
